This is a pretty good tattoo machine kit for a good price. It's not adjustable stroke, so you may need different ones for shading and lining. Or just learn to use a heavier or lighter hand. It comes with some accessories that aren't special but are functional. It comes with the basics you need to start out. It's a budget machine, but it works reliably. It's a good value.
