This is a nice beginner's tattoo pen set. The price at the time of this review is $39.99, which is about right given the lower quality of the items included. It's a great place to start, and it will help a beginner get a feel for using a tattoo pen without breaking the bank on high-end supplies just for practice. Which is especially nice for anyone who is still on the fence about doing this for real! I especially like that it includes a 2nd battery and practice inks, both of which many other kits leave out. But be aware that the ink in this set should only be used on practice skins, not real skin!
